Kurt Taylor

Kurt has been working with technology and intellectual property-driven companies for over 20 years. He spent his first 10 years in practice as a technology litigator, then shifted his focus to providing general corporate counsel, with an emphasis on intellectual property, licensing, and technology-driven transactions. His changing interests led him to found Wilson Marshall & Taylor in 1995 in order to better focus on the type of clients he most enjoys working with — innovative and disruptive business creators.

Kurt provides legal advice and counsel to Tidepool and Tidepool's Executive Board.
