Brian Wise has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian is currently working at Tides as the Director of People Operations & HRIS. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Manager, People Operations & HRIS at the same company.

Following that, Brian pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 2003 and 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Brian Wise has also obtained two significant certifications in the field of HR.
