Johnnia Stigall

Johnnia Stigall is a seasoned professional in arts administration and compliance, currently serving as a Compliance Specialist at Tides, where Johnnia co-leads the Tides Black Caucus Employee Resource Group. Prior experience includes managing a $3.1M grant portfolio at Cuyahoga Arts & Culture, fostering strong relationships with over 100 nonprofits, and developing strategic communication and compliance processes. At the Cleveland Institute of Music, Johnnia enhanced educational programs through personalized mentorship and community engagement initiatives. Previous roles also include Project Manager for the Sphinx Organization, where Johnnia led a significant project aimed at increasing BIPOC musician participation, and Program Coordinator at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, overseeing diverse educational programs and managing budgets. Johnnia holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration and two Master of Music degrees in Viola Performance from the University of Cincinnati.
