Mindy Rupley

Mindy Rupley is an accomplished professional in human resources and volunteer management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources and Volunteer Manager at Tides since May 2018, Rupley previously held roles such as Volunteer Resources Manager at The Marine Mammal Center and recruiter positions at Sift Science and BINC. Notably, Rupley's self-employment period involved leading volunteer efforts in Costa Rica, Thailand, Malawi, and Ecuador, focusing on community engagement and environmental conservation.
