Tatenda Murandu has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Starting in 2007, they worked at System Architects Inc., initially as a Technical Team Lead and later transitioning to the role of Technical Project Manager. In 2012, they joined Magna International as an Information Technology Team Lead and also served as a Senior System Engineer. In 2016, Tatenda joined the American Institutes for Research as a Network Operations Manager. They then moved to the National Park Foundation in 2017, where they progressed from Director of Information Technology to Senior Director and eventually Vice President. Currently, Tatenda holds the position of Senior Director of Information Technology at Tides, starting in 2023.
Tatenda Murandu has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics and Information Technology from SUNY Empire State College. In 2019, Tatenda attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for Executive Education, specifically in Digital Business Strategy. Additionally, Tatenda has obtained additional certifications in subjects such as "Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing Our Digital Future" from MIT Sloan Executive Education in July 2019, "Essentials of SpringCM" from SpringCM in March 2018, and "Process Automation I" from SpringCM in March 2018.
