Nicholas Bryer

Nicholas Bryer has over a decade of experience in the real estate investment industry. Nicholas started as an Associate at Beacon Capital Partners in 2008, then moved on to become a Vice President at CIM Group, L.P. in 2014. Afterwards, they held the position of Senior Vice President at The Roxborough Group, LLC starting in 2020 before becoming Managing Director of Investments at Tidewater Capital in 2023.

Nicholas Bryer completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2003 to 2007. Nicholas later pursued their MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2012 to 2014.
