Justin Manaloto

Justin Manaloto is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investments and real estate. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investments at Oxford Properties Group since May 2021, Justin previously held the position of Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. from April 2015 to April 2021, focusing on real estate debt. Prior to that, Justin worked as an Associate at Starwood Capital Group, where responsibilities included capital markets, syndications, and finance for Starwood Property Trust. Early career experience includes an Analyst position in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Credit Agricole CIB. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and completed additional finance studies at the National University of Singapore.
