Kia Hardy

Kia Hardy, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Success at Tidewater Community College, a position held since March 2014, where responsibilities have included roles such as Dean of Advising/Campus Dean and Interim Dean of Student Services. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at North Carolina State University and as Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Admission and Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at William & Mary. Kia Hardy's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Community College Leadership from Old Dominion University, a Master of Education in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership from William & Mary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from William & Mary.
