Johann Klemmack is an accomplished technology and business leader with extensive experience in software development and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Merlin Plastics Supply Inc., Johann oversees operational and financial information management for a multi-national plastics recycler. As the Founder of Tidewater Consulting Group, Johann develops custom software solutions, including systems for youth organizations and the recycling sector. Previously, Johann held roles such as Software Engineering Manager at RXNT, where leadership of global teams focused on electronic medical records, and Software Engineering Manager & Architect at Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative, contributing to business goals for a major recycling initiative. With a diverse background including entrepreneurship and product management, Johann holds an MBA from Duke University and degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
