Jim started their career in 1988 as a Lead Bindery Operator at Intelligencer printing company, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Finishing Manager at MOSAIC. In 2017, Jim worked as a Bindery Manager at DG3 - Diversified Global Graphics Group before becoming the Director of Operations at Tidewater Direct later that year. At Tidewater Direct, they managed three commercial web offset and digital printing facilities across Maryland and Iowa, specializing in niche markets such as direct mail printing and pharmaceutical printing.
