Julie Deboever

Julie DeBoever has over 25 years of experience in human resources. From 1994 to 2013, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at C-TRAN, where they provided leadership and managed all HR functions for approximately 400 employees. Julie worked closely with executive and operational management, enhancing processes and developing new initiatives to improve organizational capability. Prior to this, Julie worked at Tidewater Transportation and Terminals from 2013 to 2023, starting as the Director of Human Resources before becoming the Vice President.

Julie DeBoever has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Portland State University. Julie has also obtained a certification in Professional Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
