Marc Schwartz

Marc Schwartz possesses extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as the Manager of Maintenance and Engineering at Tidewater Barge Lines since October 2011, overseeing maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, and capital projects. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at TECO Transport/United Ocean Services, where Marc managed maintenance for a fleet of bulk ships and tug/barges, and Project Manager at Moran Towing Corporation, focusing on shipyard projects. Experience also includes serving as a Surveyor at American Bureau of Shipping and a Port Engineer for Red Circle Transport/Ohio River Company. Marc began a career in the US Army as a Chief Warrant Officer. Marc holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a BAAS in Business/Industrial Management from Texas State University.
