Rafael Aguirre

Rafael Aguirre is an experienced professional with a background in product design and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Product at TideWise since August 2019, Rafael collaborates with various teams to develop innovative products and user interfaces, and oversees the production of related presentations and web content. Prior to this role, Rafael contributed to projects at Parque Tecnológico da UFRJ, focusing on floating platforms for solar panels, and at COPPE/UFRJ, where the development of electric cargo bicycles and charging stations was a key focus. Earlier experience includes assisting in construction processes at Ilha Pura Empreendimentos. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Technical degree in Civil Engineering from Cefet/RJ.
