Troy Jones is currently working at Tidwell Group as an IT Project Manager, overseeing server and desktop support while managing external clients. With vast experience in IT roles, Troy has worked as the Director of IT at DHJSF where Troy was the sole decision maker for all technology matters. As a Network Operations Consultant, Troy specialized in disaster recovery, IP telephony, system security, and staff training, ensuring efficient and cost-effective IT solutions.
