Mahmoud Usama has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Mahmoud worked as a Human Resources Director at TiE HOUSE® from July 2019 to present. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Fast Tiger PNE from December 2016 to July 2019. Before that, they served as a Customer Service Manager at AKEF PACK TEC from May 2011 to November 2016. Mahmoud also worked as an Assistant HR Manager in charge of training at Radisson Blu hotel from September 2009 to May 2011, and as an employees facilities supervisor at InterContinental Cairo Citystars from January 2005 to September 2009.
From 1998 to 2002, Mahmoud Usama attended the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels Management. Mahmoud earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotels Management with a focus on Hotels management, achieving an excellent level of performance in this field of study.
