Sangeetha Mohite

Sangeetha Mohite is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resource consulting and recruitment. Currently serving as Director at PathMakers Human Resource Consulting Private Limited since June 2010, Sangeetha has also held the position of Head IT Human Resource and Client Relations at Flait IT Group since August 2017, where responsibilities include bridging IT gaps by providing skilled staff for software development projects internationally. Sangeetha's career began as a Research Assistant at TNS (now Kantar) and progressed through various roles, including Team Leader at Talentpro and Senior Manager of Recruitments at ExcelPride HR Services, where Sangeetha founded the company. In addition to these roles, Sangeetha is a TiE Member since May 2022 and has completed a program in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2022.
