Ms. Sydney is a practical visionary and a solutions-oriented leader who delivers results for shareholders. She couples her intellectual curiosity with deep analytic capabilities to manage the unknowns and variability of today’s business climate. Ms. Sydney possesses a unique combination of skills and experience: financial transactions, marketing expertise, IT systems, and a record of success in real estate development.

In 1999, Ms. Sydney launched Sydney Associates, Inc., a midsize real estate developer, asset and property manager, and multigenerational family business, where she is CEO. Earlier, as a Principal at State Street Advisory Strategies, Ms. Sydney pioneered a new division to market institutional grade investment management services to Registered Investment Advisors for their high-net-worth clients, garnering $175M in new assets in the first year. As a Senior Vice President at BayBank, Ms. Sydney spearheaded the Mortgage Division’s leap to number 1 in the market by rejuvenating real estate broker calling efforts.
