Adriana C. is a legal and corporate expert with extensive experience in managing compliance and legal operations. Currently serving as Gerente Legal Corporativo at Grupo Distelsa since February 2018, Adriana ensures adherence to laws and regulations for optimal business operations in Guatemala and abroad. As Socia Fundadora at Tía Mía since January 2012, Adriana has been instrumental in establishing the company. Previously, as an International Tax Manager at EY from December 2010 to March 2015, Adriana provided legal tax advice on corporate structures, investment, business operations, mergers, acquisitions, and supply chains in Guatemala. Adriana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad Francisco Marroquín and a degree as a Professional English-Spanish Translator from EPTI.
