Kah Hooi Tan

Kah Hooi Tan's most recent work experience is as a Software Engineer at TIER IV since May 2021. Prior to that, from November 2017 to April 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer at PLEN Robotics, where they were involved in various tasks such as embedded Linux development, image processing, and robot-human interaction. In addition, they worked with ROS and Linux environment, designed an IoT product, customized I/O pin assignment, implemented transducer and actuators, and designed cloud systems for user management and IoT remote update system in AWS. They also prepared documentation and software for TELEC, FCC, and CE certificate verification. Before that, in July 2016, Kah Hooi Tan interned as a Mechanical Engineer at PLENGoer Robotics for three months.

Kah Hooi Tan completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia, spanning from 2013 to 2017.
