Arjay Domdom has extensive experience in the esports industry, currently serving as the Head of Esports at Tier One Entertainment since November 2022. Prior to this role, Arjay held positions as a Team Manager and Performance Coach at T1 Entertainment & Sports and as a Professional Esports Team Manager for TNC Pro Team, Inc. Arjay's career began in healthcare as a Registered Nurse after earning a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Our Lady of Fatima University, transitioning into customer service and technical support roles before fully dedicating to esports management.
