Steve Cook

Steve Cook has been working in the corporate sector since 1982. Steve began their career as a former partner at Thorsteinssons and retired from the role in 2011. Steve then joined Torq Resources Inc. as a Corporate Director and remained in this role until 2013. From 2013 to 2020, they served as a Corporate Director and the Chair of the Audit Committee at Fury Gold Mines. Since 2020, they have been a Corporate Director at both Sombrero Resources and Tier One Silver.

Steve Cook obtained a B Comm and an LLB from The University of British Columbia between 1974 and 1981, studying Business/Finance and Law. Steve is also a Member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
