Amy founded Accelerated Business Results (ABR) in 2001 and served as its President and CEO. (ABR joined forces with TiER1 in January 2017.) Amy started the business from the ground up, fueled by her passion and expertise in the areas of sales performance improvement, service excellence, and leadership development. With more than 20 years of business experience and extensive background and insight in the field of learning and development, Amy is driven by her belief that quality training solutions build happier employees and exceptional organizations.
