Betsy Hathaway

Betsy is passionate about creating structure and defining processes to improve efficiency across the board. She enjoys mentoring as well as sharing ideas and strategies to gain a deeper understanding of other's work habits and what's important to them.

Betsy graduated with an English Language Education degree after completing her student teaching in Okayama, Japan. She started working in insurance for a 3rd party administrator, but quickly moved back to educational work by moving to a textbook publisher, Cengage. Betsy worked in the Cengage legal department, specializing in rights and permissions, for eight years as a Senior Project Manager. In her time there, she worked on a variety of disciplines, from Business, Life Sciences, and National Geographic English Language, but the Art History titles were her favorite.
