Jolene Rowan

Jolene Rowan is a skilled Change and Learning Strategist at TiER1 Performance, with extensive experience in learning experience design and development. Previously, as Director of Learning Experience Design and Development at Ecolab, Jolene led teams to create impactful learning solutions and supported innovation initiatives. At DASHE & THOMSON, Jolene served as Chief Learning Officer and Vice President of Training Services, focusing on team building, project management, and innovative learning strategies. Earlier in Jolene's career, as an independent consultant, expertise in instructional design, writing, and training was established. Jolene holds an MS in Human Factors and Ergonomics from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Metro State University.
