Kelly is passionate about helping people effectively transition through change to maximize their performance.
Kelly is a principal consultant in strategic change at TiER1. A seasoned veteran in change management, she was a senior manager in change management with W.W. Grainger for 11 years. She led the organization change management team for a large global SAP program, as well as led the implementation of an integrated talent management strategy. Prior to joining Grainger, she worked for Accenture for 13 years in a consulting position. Her focus was on change management, performance support, and usability, and she worked with a number of clients in both higher education and government.
