Rafe Mattingly

Rafe loves helping others reach their full potential and achieve their goals and objectives. After graduating from college, Rafe began his career coaching youth lacrosse in the UK - Manchester specifically. A year later he returned to the U.S. and his alma mater, Hobart College, to work in admissions helping prospective families navigate the complexities and nuances of the college process. After a brief stopover in the Hudson Valley (NY), and continued work in admissions at a small independent school, Rafe landed in Boston. Since arriving to the Greater Boston area, Rafe has partnered closely with clients in technology, retail, banking & financial services, manufacturing, and other industries, helping them address their most pressing strategic priorities, including sales, sales leadership, and change management effectiveness. Rafe currently sits on the Board of the Great Boston Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Hobart College Statesmen Athletic Association (SAA) Board.
