Will Phillips

Will is passionate about systems and processes implementation that contribute to healing workplace dysfunction.

Will graduated from Calvin College with his B.S. in Psychology and a business minor. Will is currently enrolled at NKU in a master's program in I-O Psychology with a graduation date of spring 2023. The I-O program has given him a real passion for assessment and measurement in survey design, talent development, hiring, and data-driven organization restructuring. Will's prior work experience was in manufacturing, healthcare, and sales.
