Franca Marinelli

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Franca is responsible for the Human Resources and Organization Development of Tier1 Financial Solutions with the goal of accelerating growth and transformation through leadership, unique models to attract and develop the best talent and build a culture of engagement and innovation. Franca has extensive experience in multinational companies leading organizational transformations, M&A planning, and integration, enabling organizational development and company growth. Prior to joining Tier1, Franca has held Senior Executive Organizational Development and Human Resources positions with BTI Systems (acquired by Juniper Systems), St. Joseph Communications, CATENA Networks (acquired by CIENA), and Spar Inc. (acquired by DRS Technologies).

Franca holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology and Industrial Relations from the University of Ottawa.
