Jessica Adams

Jessica Adams has held a variety of roles in their professional career. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as an Administrative Assistant/Graphic Designer at Crocodile Printing & Signs, a Program Assistant (Graphic Designer) at Public Health Sudbury & Districts, a Junior Web Developer at Snagged Interactive Media, and a Web Developer at Humber College. Jessica also worked as a Freelance Writer from 2013 to 2018. Most recently, they have been employed by Tier1 Financial Solutions since 2018, where they have held the roles of Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Analyst, and Quality Assurance Analyst.

Jessica Adams has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Rhetoric and Media from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, obtained between 2006 and 2010. Jessica also obtained an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Web Development from Humber College between 2016 and 2017. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Coursera in February 2022, and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in December 2021.
