The current leadership team at Tier1 Financial Solutions has a lot of experience in different areas. The chief revenue officer used to work at Alessa, which is a company that provides financial software solutions. The vice president of sales used to work at Oversight, and before that they worked at Paycom as a senior executive sales person. The paperchase area merchandise manager/buyer used to work at Borders Group, Inc. All of the members of the leadership team have a finance degree from Illinois Wesleyan University.
