Savannah Dortch

Savannah Dortch has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Savannah is currently working as a Sr. Account Manager at Tier4 Group, a woman-owned and diversity-certified talent acquisition firm. In this role, they focus on connecting exceptional talent with top-tier employers to fill critical and specialized roles.

Prior to this, Savannah worked at Bali Staffing as a Search Practice Lead in 2022. There, they managed RPO staffing engagements for tech start-up companies and collaborated with internal TA & HR Teams to develop recruitment and delivery strategies. Savannah also led sourcing and recruiting teams to meet clients' hiring initiatives.

From 2010 to 2022, Savannah worked at MATRIX Resources, where they held multiple roles. As a Client Account Manager from 2017 to 2022, they provided contract staffing services to enterprise accounts and managed recruitment delivery and performance for recruiting teams. As a Technical Recruiter in 2016, they were responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of IT professionals. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Associate Account Executive, providing IT staffing and project solution services to clients in Atlanta. Savannah started their career at MATRIX Resources as an Account Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.

Throughout their career, Savannah has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, account management, and strategic staffing.

Savannah Dortch obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Georgia Southern University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010.
