Petteri Räikkönen

Petteri Räikkönen has a diverse range of work experience in the IT industry. Petteri began their career as a Technical Expert at UPM-Kymmene in 1991, where they worked on various IT projects and gained expertise in project management, consulting, and change management. Petteri then transitioned to roles such as Helpdesk Team Leader, Manager of IT Development, Manager of User Support, and Manager of IT Process Development. In these positions, they further developed their skills in ITSM processes, ITIL, and Microsoft Project Web App.

In 2012, Petteri joined Kuntien Tiera Oy as the Director of Municipal's IT, overseeing municipal IT operations. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board for itSMF Finland from 2006 to 2007. Throughout their career, Petteri has demonstrated a strong commitment to IT excellence and has a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, implementing IT processes, and providing user support.

Petteri Räikkönen attended the Kouvola Institute of Commerce and Foreign Trade from 1987 to 1988, focusing on Foreign Trade. Following this, they pursued a degree in IT at the same institution from 1988 to 1990, specializing in the field of study known as Datanome.
