Carla Young

Carla Young is a seasoned professional in cloud solutions and partnership development, currently serving as the Public Cloud lead for the East Coast at TierPoint since March 2024. Prior to this role, Carla held the position of Director of Partner Excellence at Confluent from January 2023 to February 2024, where responsibilities included driving partner success initiatives and pipeline generation. Carla's earlier experience includes directing go-to-market strategies at Red Hat, managing presales teams, and enhancing partner readiness across multiple cloud platforms, as well as leading field readiness at VMware, where a focus on operational efficiency was emphasized. Carla began a professional career in operations analysis at HEICO and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
