Established in 1992, Tierra, Inc. (Tierra) is a full-service consulting geotechnical, forensics, environmental, and construction materials testing engineering firm. Since our firm's inception, Tierra's staff has grown from its original members to more than 180 highly qualified and motivated professionals including principal and staff engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, geotechnical construction inspectors and technicians. 

Tierra also provides Facilities Consulting and Testing services that assists clients in addressing existing facility concerns and providing quality assurance in new and existing construction. Tierra's staff can provide detailed site inspections, specialty testing and review of construction documents to identify building system deficiencies and provide solutions. 

Tierra is a minority-owned business enterprise dedicated to the timely and cost-efficient delivery of our services. With offices in Tampa, Winter Garden and Pensacola, Florida, Tierra has a long and proud history of providing professional consulting services to a number of public and private agencies throughout Florida.
