Jessica J. Figueira Martins

Jessica J. Figueira Martins has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently, as Coordinadora de Formación, Desarrollo y Cultura at Tierra since May 2019, Jessica focuses on people and talent development. Prior roles include Auditor de procesos internos RRHH at The Adecco Group, where Jessica conducted audits of HR processes, and Responsable de Selección, managing recruitment processes in logistics and retail. Jessica also held various positions at The Adecco Group, including roles in selection and training. Experience at CAF involved global onboarding processes and talent management, while at Nestlé, Jessica contributed to training and development planning across multiple business units. Additionally, Jessica has a strong academic background, holding a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from UCAB.
