Lisbeth Junker Mathiassen

Lisbeth Junker Mathiassen has extensive experience in project management and educational development, currently serving as a Project Manager at Tietgen since 2006, focusing on international course implementation and development. Notable projects include the ACROSS Erasmus KA project on Green Skills, and the DIGAS Erasmus KA2 project aimed at supporting academic job seekers. Lisbeth specializes in teaching and training activities, particularly in agricultural management and stakeholder involvement, and has a strong background in project management methodologies. Prior to Tietgen, Lisbeth worked as a Technical Adviser in Uganda’s Agricultural Sector Programme, establishing agricultural training and information centers. Academically, Lisbeth holds a Teacher Certificate in ESL, a Postgraduate Diploma in Meeting Facilitation, and an MSc in Agricultural Business and Management.
