Ernest Ayala

Ernest Ayala is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and quality management, currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at Tietoevry Create EU since January 2020. With a career spanning over 15 years in prominent roles at Tietoevry and Tieto, Ernest has led initiatives in process development, continuous improvement, and quality management across various business units. Previous positions include Vice President and Head of Operations & Quality, along with a focus on operational assessments and internal audits. Earlier experience includes a Business Analyst role at Arvato Services and work as an external consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Ernest holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Lodz University of Technology and a postgraduate degree in Quality Management Systems from the University of Lodz.
