Maxim Nagornov

Maxim Nagornov is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solution development across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise IT and Chief Enterprise Architect at Tietoevry since July 2020, Maxim oversees the IT service portfolio and manages vendor relationships. Prior to this role, Maxim held key positions at Tieto, including Chief Enterprise Architect and Acting CIO, contributing to significant corporate digital transformation initiatives. Early career roles at Nokia Siemens Networks involved leading solution architecture capability development and providing strategic consulting to major telecom operators. Maxim also co-founded EA Principals, Inc. and operated as an independent contractor, delivering training and consulting on enterprise architecture in multiple regions. An accredited TOGAF and ArchiMate trainer, Maxim holds an engineering degree with a focus on electronic technology and industrial electronics from the North-Caucasus State Technical University.
