Yasmine Gulam

Yasmine Gulam currently serves as the Senior Director of IT Engagement & Delivery for Global Client Services/Marketing for the Americas at Tiffany & Co. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Yasmine held the position of Head of IT Clienteling & CRM at LVMH from March 2020 to February 2024. Yasmine’s experience includes roles such as Global CRM Manager and Digital Manager at TAG Heuer from October 2016 to March 2020, and Lead Consultant at dentsu, focusing on CRM and mobile projects for luxury clients. At ALD Automotive, Yasmine worked as a CRM and Direct Marketing Project Manager, overseeing Salesforce CRM management and email campaign strategies. Yasmine holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from the Paris School of Business (2009-2011).
