Traci Billick Rose is an experienced professional in community relations and public information, currently serving as the Director of Community Relations and Public Information Officer for the Tigard-Tualatin School District since September 2018. Previously, Traci held multiple leadership roles at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metro Area, including Chief Program & Marketing Officer and Chief Advancement Officer, where responsibilities included strategic planning and execution of development, communications, and marketing activities. Traci also served as CEO of the Portland Trail Blazers Make It Better Foundation from 2012 to 2013, overseeing community relations staff, and as Vice President of Community Relations and Vice President of Communications and Community Relations for the Portland Trail Blazers from 2007 to 2013, contributing to strategic business planning and fiscal oversight. Traci holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication with a focus on Public Relations and Integrated Marketing from Marylhurst University and a Certificate in Corporate Community Relations from Boston College.

Tigard-Tualatin School District (TTSD) serves part of the suburban Portland metropolitan area including the cities of Tigard, Tualatin, Durham, and King City, as well as the unincorporated communities of Metzger and Bull Mountain. TTSD provides programming from Pre-school to 12th grade with an emphasis on student achievement, equity, talent, and climate and culture. All K-12 students experience personalized digital learning with a focus on critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity, as well as opportunities to experience, college, career, and technical classes, preparing them for success after high school. TTSD hires and retains staff who are catalysts for learning and who nurture a school community where everyone feels safe, valued, and connected.
