Pranavaadhithyan M's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled in Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. They completed their undergraduate studies in 2013.

In 2022, Pranavaadhithyan M enrolled at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, where they pursued a postgraduate degree in Design Thinking & Innovation. This program lasted for one year, ending in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Pranavaadhithyan M obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they completed the Design Thinking Industry Masterclass from Simplilearn. They also completed the Design Thinking Master Class from Simplilearn in the same month. Later, in October 2022, they obtained certifications for the Design Thinking Module and Innovation in the Age of Disruption Module from EY. They also completed the PG Design Thinking - Design Thinking for Strategic Innovation program from Simplilearn in the same month.

Going further back, in May 2019, Pranavaadhithyan M participated in the Microsoft 'Week of AI' program, where they obtained a certification related to AI.
