Shweta Kunwar

Shweta Kunwar has diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Shweta is currently serving as the Manager Talent Acquisition at Tiger Analytics since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Maven Wave starting from June 2021. Shweta also served as the Lead HR/Talent Acquisition at Trantor from September 2016 to June 2021. Before that, they held the position of Head HR at AMS Pvt.Ltd. from November 2012 to September 2016. Shweta began their career as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at KMG Infotech, where they handled HR activities and conducted personality development sessions from August 2006 to October 2012. Shweta also briefly worked as an Astt. Manager at Safety Circle and as a Branch Manager at DB Healthcare in 2006 and 2005 respectively.

Shweta Kunwar completed their MBA in HR from Symbiosis International University from 2002 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a B-Ed degree with a specialization in Music and Punjabi from B-Ed College for Girls in 2004 to 2005. Shweta also obtained a MIT degree in IT from Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they acquired a certification in "Recruiting Talent with Social Media" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
