Tapan Kumar Das is currently a Senior Lead in Talent Acquisition at Tiger Analytics, having joined in December 2023. Previously, Tapan held the position of Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition at Deloitte Consulting from October 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment for Customer & Marketing offerings and managing recruitment matrices. Tapan's experience also includes roles at Cognizant as Sr. Executive - Recruitment focusing on Diversity and Inclusion, and at Infosys BPM as Associate Lead - Talent Acquisition. Prior to these, Tapan worked with Tata Consultancy Services as Manager - Talent Acquisition and as an IT Analyst. Tapan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
