Tshepo Mazibuko has extensive work experience in the beverage industry. Tshepo has held various roles in quality assurance and safety across different companies. Tshepo worked as a Quality Lead at Tiger Brands since 2021 and as a SHERQ Manager at Nampak since 2019. Prior to that, they were a Food Safety Specialist at Ab Inbev from 2018 and an External Project Quality Specialist at Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2017. Tshepo also held positions at SABMiller and South African Breweries, where they served as a Manager Quality Assurance, QC Services Manager, NPD Quality Specialist, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Snr Lab Technician.
Tshepo Mazibuko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management from the University of Johannesburg from 2009 to 2011. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Packaging Diploma in Beverage Packaging at the Institute of Brewing and Distilling. In 2003 to 2005, they also received a Diploma in Biotechnology from the University of Johannesburg.
