In 2008, Vikash obtained a Masters degree in Information Technology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Vikash also received certifications including Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from BCX in 2018 and Robotic Process Automation from Deloitte Consulting in 2017. In addition, they have obtained various other certifications related to leadership, agile portfolio and program management, ITIL operational support and analysis, cloud strategy, and telecommunications industry specialization, among others.
