Vikash Ramharuk

Vikash Ramharuk has extensive experience in the field of IT and technology leadership. Vikash currently holds the position of IT Director: Architecture, Strategy & Innovation at Tiger Brands, where they focus on building strong relationships between business and IT and ensuring IT services align with the company's strategic roadmap. Prior to this role, Vikash worked as an Independent Consultant for a global ICT multinational, where they were responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and cultivating relationships with clients. Vikash has also held senior executive positions at BCX, SoluGrowth Pty Ltd, Deloitte Consulting, and Accenture, where they demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, technology management, and strategic insight. Throughout their career, Vikash has been involved in developing and implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Vikash Ramharuk completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2004. Vikash then pursued an Honours degree in Information Technology from the same university in 2005. In 2008, Vikash obtained a Masters degree in Information Technology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Vikash also received certifications including Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from BCX in 2018 and Robotic Process Automation from Deloitte Consulting in 2017. In addition, they have obtained various other certifications related to leadership, agile portfolio and program management, ITIL operational support and analysis, cloud strategy, and telecommunications industry specialization, among others.
