Don Zacherl

Don Zacherl has worked in various roles since 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they served as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at the National Association of Home Builders. During this time, they had complete responsibility for enterprise architecture, technology strategy, infrastructure, operations, customer relationship management, and online data services. In 2002, they joined S3 Technologies as COO and was later promoted to CEO. At S3 Technologies, they were responsible for all aspects of business operations for an offshore software development company. That same year, they also joined Silosmashers as VP of Operations, where they had Profit and Loss responsibility for operations, customer relations, and program management practice. In 2004, they became the CEO of T3 TigerTech, a analytics consulting company providing performance management, business process, and data analytics to Federal Government and Commercial clients. Most recently, in 2015, they became a Founding Partner of VICI Labs, which focuses on assessing, improving, and developing innovations with a special consideration for Veteran and returning Peace Corps Volunteers.

Don Zacherl obtained their BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point between 1970 and 1974. Don then went on to earn their MA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hofstra between 1980 and 1983. In 1985 and 1986, they received their MMAS in Operations and Strategy from the US Army Command and General Staff College. Finally, they completed their MBA in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership from The George Washington University School of Business between 2002 and 2004.
