Jonathan O’Donnell

Jonathan O’Donnell brings more than two decades of experience as a senior finance executive and is now focused on supporting M&A, capital formation and capital markets activities at Tiger portfolio companies. Recently, as the CFO of American Natural, he helped position that Tiger portfolio company as an emerging retail brand with a physical footprint, based around multifuel stations and healthy fresh convenience stores. Prior to AN, Jonathan was a Managing Director in Barclays’ Natural Resources Investment Banking Group. Over an 18-year career at Lehman Brothers and Barclays, Jonathan led diverse teams of professionals to execute complex corporate transactions including M&A, acquisition financing, IPOs, joint ventures and construction financing across the transportation, logistics, infrastructure, alternative energy, mining and natural resources sectors. Jonathan began his career as an exploration geologist.
