João Paulo Campos Coutinho

João Paulo Campos Coutinho has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2001. João Paulo began their career as an Intern at Yara Hanna in 2001, followed by an Internship at VGA INFO in 2002 where they worked as a Network Administrator, Manager and SAP Basis Consultant. In 2008, they began working at Unifi Do Brasil Ltda as an IT System Administrator, and at BRASP as an IT Infrastructure Engineer. In 2011, they joined Softcorp as an IT Consultant, and began working as a Freelance IT Consultant in 2012. João Paulo then worked as an IT System Administrator at IDAF - Instituto de Defesa Agropecuaria e Florestal (ES) from 2012 to 2017, and has been a Senior Network Virtualization Engineer (NSX) at VMware since 2017. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Engineer at Tigera.

João Paulo Campos Coutinho obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information System from FAESA between 2006 and 2010. Prior to this, they obtained a High School degree in Computer Technician from FAESA between 1999 and 2001. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from VMware, including Double VCP - Data Center Virtualization & Network Virtualization (2021), VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization 2021 (2021), VMware Certified Master Specialist - HCI 2021 (2021), VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Data Center Virtualization Design 2020 (2020), VMware Certified Implementation Expert - Data Center Virtualization 2020 (2020), VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Data Center Virtualization Deployment 2020 (2020), VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2020 (2020), VMware Specialist - vSAN 2020 (2020), and VMware Certified Professional 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization (2018).
