Michael Ellig

Michael Ellig, CPIM, has extensive experience in manufacturing and process management, having held key positions at various companies since 1984. As a Plant Manager at Tigercat Industries since August 2011, Michael has led a team focused on meeting customer requirements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior roles include Production Manager at Kuntz Electroplating Inc., where Michael developed a successful Lean Transformation Plan, and Manufacturing/Process Engineer at NCR, contributing to a significant capacity increase through Lean initiatives. Michael's educational background includes a CPIM certification from APICS and multiple Lean-focused certifications from the University of Michigan and Wilfrid Laurier University.
