Reina Gallion

Reina Gallion currently serves as the Director of Client Operations at TigerConnect since May 2025. Prior to this role, Reina held various positions at Contrast Security from February 2022 to May 2025, including Global Account Operations Senior Manager, Senior Customer Success Operations Manager, and Customer Success Operations Manager. Reina also served as the Director of Client Services at Lumenad from April 2019 to September 2021 and held the title of Director of Customer Programs at Foundant Technologies from July 2014 to March 2019. Early career experiences include positions at Studio AV, Inc., HX Talent Management Consulting, and Cleanwaste. Reina earned a M.A. Degree in Communication and a M.A. Certificate in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from Missouri State University, as well as a BA in Communication from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
